PRODES, founded in 2002, is a Mexican company dedicated to the manufacture of dehydrated and frozen fruits. Our facilities are located in the city of Zamora, state of Michoacán, in the western part of the country. It is an area well known for the production of high quality strawberry, which is exported to the whole world. The climatic conditions of this privileged area allow the production of a wide variety of fruits. Our processes are performed through a quality system to ensure the safety of our products and taking care of preserving their physical and nutritional qualities.

OUR PRODUCTS
Dehydrated Fruits
Our dehydrated products are obtained by infusion with sugar and heat drying. We have the great possibility of producing the product that our client requires as fruits exist and cut in different sizes or whole; Sweetened, unsweetened, with natural or artificial sweeteners, playing with flavors and colors to make products really attractive to end consumers.
Frozen Fruits
Our freezer plant allows to have seasonal fruit throughout the year and to use it in different process diagrams such as IQF, whole, cubed or pureed, preserved in its natural state or with added sugar.
Our products are selected from suppliers with the same interests. Thus, we select those that have certifications that follow international quality standards.
APPLICATIONS
There are a wide range of applications that these products have, and are currently used by different confectionery, candy, cereals and cakes. These can be packaged as such and sold as nutritious snacks, used in some presentations of cereals and cereal bars, in the preparation of yogurts, can be used as a basis for the preparation of jams and ice cream; They are also used in some confectionery products such as pancakes and cookies, or in the filling of some cakes and even simply frosting or chocolate coated.
All processes are carried out under a good practice program. To guarantee the safety of our products we have implemented the HACCP system throughout the production process.
